Repair and maintenance

Kinematic models using animation, created on the basis of 3D-view, allow reviewing in electronic format each foreman’s action at the facility in dynamics and in real time. The service makes possible a visual check of work feasibility, computation run of options and generation of reliable repair and maintenance schedule.

Upgrading

Information modeling ensures full-blown visualization of solutions for expansion and equipment renovation. It allows assessment of proposed solutions compliance with current regulations and requirements and planning of upgrading with minimum expenses.

Dismantling

Virtual implementation of full cycle of equipment or the entire facility dismantling is possible based on the 3D-model. System potential makes available the selection of several work performance scenarios meeting the established cost, time and safety criteria. Owing to this, the perfect way of process arrangement and suitable dismantling paths are identified and expenses are optimized.

Problem solving by LMP based on Intergraph and Dassault Systemes platforms results in reduction of time and labor expenditures for implementation of projects, budget optimization and risk reduction. In our work we also use our own methods, cooperating with the customer’s process engineers.
